Kristen Stewart is at the very least bisexual, but we’ve all known that for ages and it’s not a big deal. It’s old news by now, especially since she’s basically been with the same girl, alternately referred to as her “cousin” at one point and then her “gal pal” (LOL) at another, for ages now. It’s totally not a big deal and in fact it’s pretty cute, but people still act scandalized over it. One person who isn’t scandalized, however, is KStew’s mom. In fact, she’s totally into it!
Jules Stewart apparently gave some quotes to the Sunday Mirror saying she’s not only met Alicia, but really likes her and approves of the relationship her daughter is in because like all decent parents, she only wants her kid to be happy at the end of the day.
Jules, 55, told the Sunday Mirror she has met Alicia and that the couple are very happy together.
She added: “What’s not to be accepting about her now having a girlfriend? She’s happy.
“She’s my daughter, I’m just her mom so she knows I would accept her choices.
“I’ve met Kristen’s new girlfriend, I like her. What’s not to accept? She’s a lovely girl.”
“I feel like people need to be free to love whoever they want. I accept my daughter loves women and men. It’s OK to be who you are in my world. We all choose our friends so we should be free to choose our lovers.
“People are good to do whatever they like as long as they’re not hurting people or breaking the law.
“I have gay friends, family members, I’m accepting of people, we are all free to choose who we want to love.”
That’s really sweet, and basically just what anyone who isn’t a close-minded asshole would say. However, I bet KStew is gonna be piiiissseeeddddd. She never talks about her personal life, so to have her mom doing it is probably embarrassing as shit. Thanks, Mom!
