Amanda Seyfried may be ~Hollywood slim~ but that doesn’t mean she’s on some crazy crash diet. In fact, it’s the exact opposite. She loves to eat and doesn’t restrict herself if there’s something she sees that belongs in her belly.
“If I want to eat it, I’m going to eat it. Life is short,” the actress said at the 19th Annual ACRIA Holiday Dinner in New York City on Wednesday night. “[But] I have a steady workout regime.”
So how does Seyfried stay in amazing shape and still eat what she wants? “I’m into ballet. Hot yoga, not Bikram. You sweat, you move and it’s really good for your limbs, joints and muscles.”
Whoa, kewl story. A balanced diet and exercise? Say what? This is groundbreaking stuff!
I actually think that dress is really cute, though. A lot more palatable than this shit.
