Selena Gomez is a hot ass mess and everyone knows it (except for her, clearly). She has some obvious self-esteem issues, poor judgment skills and some substance abuse problems, as well, but you know, other than that, she’s got it all together. That’s why she got a super ironic – and particularly obnoxious – new tattoo that’ll make your eyes roll so far back in your head, you won’t be able to finish reading this story.
You see, Selena’s tattoo is in Arabic – a language she doesn’t speak from a culture which she’s not part of – and it apparently translates to “Love Yourself First”. I’ll give you a minute to process that and get it out of your system. HAHAHAHAHA! If there’s one piece of advice most people would give to Selena, it’s that she needs to love herself, because she’s constantly lowering herself and making the worst possible decisions with her life. From the repeated reunions with the world’s biggest human shit stain, to leaving rehab for alcohol addiction early to go to Sundance, to throwing wild parties that get the cops called on her and then trying to make up for it all by lecturing Instagram users… if she loved herself, half her fuckery wouldn’t happen.
