Well, love is in the air, because we’ve got a second engagement announcement today, this time from Mary Kate Olsen and her French boyfriend (and half brother of the former president of France, Nicholas Sarkozy), Olivier Sarkozy. The pair have been dating a little less than two years, and now they’ve finally decided to make things official and walk down the aisle – despite rumours that this would be happening stemming back to March 2013.
There’s a 17 year age difference between the two – Mary Kate is 27 and Olivier is 44, but hey, who doesn’t love a little May/December romance? (I kid – this isn’t that bad!) I like ’em a little older, myself, so I see where MK is coming from. And besides, they seem to be into each other, even if Olivier does seem a little creepy.
Let’s just hope MK gets that prenup!
