Dennis Rodman has been making an ass out of himself for years, but lately things have taken a slightly more insane turn when he started defending the North Korean tyrant Kim Jong-un, even going so far as to refer to him as a “friend”. He also claimed that an American who’s been detained there for over a year now should have thought harder about whatever it is he did and basically, he was shit outta luck. A lot of people didn’t take too kindly to that, so Rodman later apologised and admitted he was drunk during the press conference when he said all this shit. And so his journey to rehab began…

“Dennis Rodman came back from North Korea in pretty rough shape emotionally. The pressure that was put on him to be a combination ‘super human’ political figure and ‘fixer’ got the better of him,” his agent, Darren Prince, said Sunday in a written statement. “He is embarrassed, saddened and remorseful for the anger and hurt his words have caused.”
Prince said Rodman is at a facility in New Jersey, one with a “28- or 30-day” program. He said Rodman drank heavily in North Korea during a recent tumultuous trip to the secretive state to play a basketball game with some former NBA stars against national team players from the regime.
“His drinking escalated to a level that none of us had seen before,” Prince said Saturday.
Rodman entered a center on Wednesday, a source close to him told CNN.
Ha! Something tells me Dennis Rodman is on far more than booze, but maybe I’m wrong. Either way, glad to say he’s back in a treatment program…
Why do these rock bottom people think rehab will erase bad behavior. He may have a booze problem and maybe rehab will help that but it isn’t going to do a thing for his twisted personality.
