Demi Lovato was on Fox 31’s Everyday program earlier this week, where she talked about her good friend Miley Cyrus (WHO KNEW?) and how “happy” she is for her for “doing what she wants to do”. Yeah, okay. Obviously Demi is not gonna slag Miley off in public because that would kick off a massive shitstorm and Demi is like, the least controversial young female star these days (rehab and all), so whatever to this one. I also find it hard to believe that they’re BFFs. Sure, they probably got on really well when they were kids, both being Disney stars and all that, but they seem like oil and water now.

“Miley has been one of my best friends growing up and so I’m happy for her. She’s doing what she wants to do, and this is her time to break out and figure out what she wants to do in her career and her image and everything.”
“I’m just happy seeing her happy, because I love her so much and she doesn’t care what people think – nor should she.”
Well, I do agree that people shouldn’t care what other people think, but there are limits, people. Miley’s fuckery has gone beyond a joke and it’s time she’s reined in. However, there are no chances of that happening, since apparently Miley plans to keep her bullshit up until she’s at least 40:
