Hugh Jackman and wife Deborra-Lee Furnace have been together for aaaaaaages and seem to have a really solid connection and lovely friendship within their relationship. I love reading little tidbits from when they’re together at premieres or whatever because they’re always really genuinely adorable. The latest dose of humour comes from Deborra claiming that Hugh dresses like Wolverine around the house, even in the bedroom (uh… LOL?).
From The Sun:
Asked what it’s like to live with Hugh in full Wolverine mode, Deborra-Lee said: “Oh my God, it’s dreadful! Always with the claws. I’m like, ‘Mix the salad. Put them to use, come on!’”
Hugh interrupted: “The sheets we go through…” Let’s hope he pops the props in the dishwasher between jobs.
Hugh was also asked about his wife’s influence on his career and said he gives her all the credit.
He said: “I would not be a quarter of the man I am without her.”
And if you’re not careful with the claws, she’ll be lucky to be a quarter of a woman.
Well, that’s a nice bit of banter there, isn’t it? I’m anxiously awaiting all the comments claiming that he’s gay, though. Go on, have at it – I know you’re dying to.
I am really sorry but I thought that was a pic of Hugh and Roseanne Barr granted I thought Roseanne was looking good and tall but …. again sorry Deborra.
