Leah Remini Quit Scientology — Someone Keep An Eye On Her

leah remini the talk

Leah Remini, probably best known for The King of Queens, full-on quit Scientology. Oh yeah by the way, Leah Remini, probably best known for The King of Queens, was a Scientologist. She released a statement for her fans, but did not release a statement as to why she decided to leave. Rumors are it’s because of church leader and best man at Tom Cruise‘s wedding, David Miscavige, and how he and the church are corrupt, and there’s also that he’s f-cking creepy and has a missing goddamn wife that he and the entire church insists isn’t missing. Allegedly. But first, here’s Ms. Remini’s statement, from Us:

I wish to share my sincere and heartfelt appreciation for the overwhelming positive response I have received from the media, my colleagues, and from fans around the world. I am truly grateful and thankful for all your support.

Come on, Kelly Preston, it’s not too late!

Oh and as for David Miscavige and his mysterious wife, here’s what I’m referring to.

Miscavige is married to fellow Sea Org member Michelle Diane “Shelly” Miscavige, who has not been seen in public since 2006.[63] Multiple sources have alleged that she disappeared from Gold Base shortly after she “filled several job vacancies without her husband’s permission.” [64] Lawrence Wright reports that “former Sea Org members say she is being guarded at a church facility on Running Springs, California, near Lake Arrowhead.” [45] In July 2012, responding to press accounts of speculation on Shelly Miscavige’s whereabouts, two UK newspapers were informed by lawyers, indicating they represented Mrs. Miscavige, “that she is not missing and devotes her time to the work of the Church of Scientology.”[65][66] However, the lawyers provided no evidence or specific information about Shelly Miscavige’s location or condition.
