Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka have been engaged for ages but have been holding off on the nuptials because of the whole Defense of Marriage Act thing. Well, now that it’s been ruled unconstitutional, it’s time to have a big wedding! Well, maybe not a big one, but a wedding nonetheless.

“Certainly, we have children and marriage is an appropriate thing to do [as] a part of their well being, so I’m sure it will be inevitable—and awesome!” Harris told me last night at the opening of Michael Jackson ONE at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
Where the nuptials will take place is still up in the air, too. “We’re about to move to New York so it’s a tricky situation,” Harris said. “I don’t know if it would be an east coast or west coast thing.”
Yay! I don’t really know much about NPH and I’m certainly not wedding crazy, but I’m 100% in support of people who are in love being allowed to get married just like everyone else, so good luck to them.
