I don’t think she’s victim blaming, either. When you have a friend in that situation you need to step back until they realise what sort of relationship they’re in. There’s no use in trying to convince them — they need to understand themselves.

Katy Perry and Rihanna have been friends for years. On this blog a couple years back there were photos of them on a boat together. They have definitely been friends since long before last years Grammy awards.

I’m fairly sure they met much sooner than last year’s grammys. I think Ri was supposed to be Katy’s MOH at her wedding to Russell Brand in India, they had been BFF’s for a while. Ri couldn’t make it at the last minute due to ‘work conflicts’ – aka she hated Russell B and didn’t support K marrying him. I guess it’s come full circle now for them..
