Lil Wayne’s Crew Attacked Someone With a Skateboard

Lil Wayne better send one of those grills of his in to Cash4Gold, because he’s in trouble for an alleged skateboard attack on a fan, who wants big bucks for his injuries.

Take it away, TMZ:

Skateboards are really REALLY dangerous … so says a Lil Wayne fan who claims one of the rapper’s goons grabbed one and bashed him in the head with it back in May … and now the fan is suing.

The man on the receiving end of the attack is Alfredo Marino — who claims he spotted Weezy on the streets of LA last year and tried to take a photo.

But according to Marino’s lawsuit, filed in LA County Superior Court by attorney Craig Chisvin, a man who works for Wayne grabbed a skateboard and clubbed him in the back of the head.

Marino claims he suffered a severe injury to his melon from the incident — and is pointing the finger at Wayne and Wayne’s record label because he believes they were responsible for enabling the attacker.

Marino is suing for unspecified damages. Calls to Wayne’s camp have not been returned.

I mean, I know shit is deep when you’re famous and probably constantly paranoid about people wanting to beat your ass, but was this really necessary? Also, why was there just a skateboard hanging around to be grabbed? Unless you’re below the age of 17 or are professionally sponsored to compete in the X Games, you need to give that hobby a rest, bro.

Anyway, Wayne’s already done his time in solitary (and even won his fellow inmates’ commissaries), so I doubt he gives a shit about a stupid lawsuit, but whatever. And hey, at least Alfred Marino got something to remember one of his favourite musicians by: a concussion!
