Tiger Woods Wants to Remarry Elin Nordegren

From the National Enquirer:

HORN-DOG golfer TIGER WOODS is so desperate to win back his ex-wife ELIN NORDEGREN that he offered her a whopping $200 million prenup to marry him again, sources tell The ENQUIRER.

Elin, who reaped a $110 million payday in their 2010 divorce settlement, told him she’d consider it – but only if he was willing to ink a $350 million anti-cheating clause in the wedding contract.

“That’s more than half of Tiger’s $600 million fortune, an amount which she feels is enough to keep him from straying and put her firmly in control of their relationship,” said a source. “Tiger didn’t even balk at the demand. Even though his accountants think he’s crazy, he’s ready to sign the prenup and set a wedding date. The guy has never recovered from being dumped by Elin. He’s dated lots of models and bimbos, but none of them were more than a one-night stand. He’s 37 years old, his golf game isn’t what it used to be, and Tiger is beginning to realize that Elin and their two children are what really matter to him most.”

Once golf ’s greatest superstar, Tiger’s career and marriage fell apart after The ENQUIRER revealed his affair with a New York party girl, and his secret life as a serial cheater was exposed.

Since their bombshell divorce, Elin, 33, has dated several men, including wealthy financier Jamie Dingman. But the romances went nowhere for the mom of Tiger’s two cubs – daughter Sam, 5, and son Charlie, 3 – and the golf legend repeatedly begged her to take him back, sources say.

“Tiger swore that he’d never cheat on her again, but Elin told him that she didn’t believe him,” said an insider.

Despite that, Tiger continued to pursue her, and last November, he actually got down on one knee and proposed, the insider added.

To prove his proposal is the real deal, Tiger not only agreed to Elin’s prenup terms but also presented her with a pricey ring for Christmas. … “Tiger told me, ‘I love Elin. Without her, I’ll be miserable for the rest of my life.’”

I know, I know: the National Enquirer. Not generally all that reliable, but something about this story stuck out to me. Plus, the Enquirer seems really, irrationally excited and adamant about the news, and you know what? I think it might be true, guys. Honestly, I do. What do you say—do you think there’s a possibility of the story being real, and would you take Tiger Woods back after all that cheap, seedy cheating he did?

  • Absolutely. Positively. No. Way. I could never forgive a guy who dirty-dicked me. My dignity is worth more than $350M & looking over my shoulder every 10 seconds.

    • I agree. Both parties are effing fools to consider it. Tiger, spend your remaining large sums on banging as many unmarried Nordic beauties as possible. And I hope you’ve got the V-chip installed, so to speak. Don’t be a a fool’s fool’s fool. Seriously.

  • If Elin takes Tiger back, she’s a special kind of stupid. She should run the other way as fast as possible.

  • If a woman was going to reconcile with an ex who cheated, this sounds pretty good. If it were me, I’d put a clause in there requiring him to have his penis amputated if the cheating could be proven. That should do it! He MIGHT be able to be trusted….IDK. Men like him “always mean it” but somehow forget about it…..

  • I don’t think I could ever forgive someone who cheated on me. And it wasn’t even an affair with one woman (which is bad enough), it was way worse than that. Plus, she’s already got enough money from the divorce to take care of herself and her children for life. I would hope she wouldn’t go back to him. Just my two cents.

  • Hell, girl, take that re-engagement ring, tell him you’ll “think about it” then hock that sh*t!

  • I don’t know why she would take him back. How many times does a person have to betray you before you write him/her off completely? It’s not like she needs the money. That said, I love the first three words of the article.

  • I thought you can’t buy love? A half billion here, $350 million there — what is up with this couple? Idiots. Do something else with your money.

    • It’s an inspiration. It would be better if everything was in her name. All that Tiger owns – all his bank accounts, car, houses, etc. He should sign a pre-nup saying that if he cheats, she gets everything he owns and he leaves with the clothes he’s wearing when he’s busted….PERIOD.

That kind of arrangement should make sexual function virtually impossible when it crosses one’s mind as they’re about to cheat. Think of it like training a dog. Half is fortune is significant too. If it were only $1million, then it wouldn’t be very motivating.

In his heart, he’ll cheat forever. A leopard doesn’t change it’s spots. It may not kill anything for a while…..but it’s thinking about blood, trust me.

  • I think Tiger Woods is a narcissist like lance Armstrong. He really just wants his image back. He thinks that if he is back with Elin America will love home again. I would take the money if I were Elin. Revenge is a dish best served cold. I would just wait the 5 mins it takes for him to step out of line. Maybe hire escorts for bridesmaids so I can expedite things. Call my divorce lawyer from the Limo after the ceremony. Easiest $200 million, ever made!
