Exactly. She was fantastic and made him look like amateur hour. He looked ridiculous and she and De Niro basically ate him alive. The film was highly overrated and I didn’t like it. I thought it cheapened a topic as difficult as mental illnesses.

i just don’t see why Bradley Cooper was nominated-can someone explain this to me? and i saw Silver Linings Playbook and just didn’t think it was that good! better movies came out this year in my opinion but whatcanyado? (Jennifer Lawrence was great but their tendency to overhype everything she’s in is not doing it for me,love her though)

I didn’t know the Silver Linings Playbook is Oscar-worthy? I haven’t seen any of these movies but at least I’ve heard talks about the other ones being in the running.
