Some states do automatically make the presumption that the husband is the father. Then the husband has to take steps to prove, in the immortal words of Mr. Maury Povich, he is not the father!

Nah, the lawful father is the one written on the baby’s birth certificate. Fatherhood isn’t attributed to the husband automatically.

Wonder if this hurts Kim’s divorce case: You know, she’s now pregnant by Kanye even though she’s married to Kris. I can only hope he drags her divorce case throughout her pregnancy, then forces her to testify in court while she’s even fatter than normal.
