Poor Jon Cryer, I bet he thought he was going to do a acting job in a comedy situation show and it turns out it’s a curse ridden, evil ridden filth. But he got to meet crazy and crazier and one bad actor.

I think he probably mouthed off about the show without considering the effect it would have on the other people who worked on it. He could have a lot of positive feelings and affection for the people he works with and still loathe the show itself. He is young enough (and possibly whacked out enough) to not consider how his remarks would be interpreted and what hurt he could be causing.
