I agree it does seem lower, but I think her “real” tattoo was misplaced and riding too high under her cleavage. Perhaps they tried to correct her imperfect tattoo by photoshopping it.

This can’t be real. Her tattoo is normally closer to her boobs, now it’s about 2 centimeters lower. (Yes I understand holding up her arm lifts her boob, but still it’s not right)
