This is looking worse and worse for the Berry-Martinez camp.

Apparently, she put her house on the market just before this shit went down.

And Martinez is looking more and more like some dupe-thug to the tune of Joaquin Phoenix’s dupe/thug as victim to Nicole Kidman’s psychopath in “To Die For.”

Perez Hilton suggested that she used Aubry as a “sperm donor” and I agree. In all the pics when they were together, she never really looks like she’s in love with him.

I live in Quebec, also, and Quebec men, as far as I know, are not generally known for their sociopathic tendencies. Quebecers are generally a race of warm self-deprecating comedians.

But why has no one from his family spoken out? He is one of nine children.

I think maybe who’s know Halle Berry buy body Olivier Martinez as he cool till Gabriel Aubry showed. Maybe Gabriel told truth Olivier is the one fistfight started it. Halle and Olivier played game and lied police report on Gabriel. Because they want Gabriel out of their life. That suck! Halle need to quit lied or played games I believed Gabriel innocent everything past nothing wrong around his daughter. Halle made up all she want Gabriel out of her life that all.. I felt sorry for Gabriel his daughter middle and stuck up or lost love his father Gabriel because of Halle stopped hr life or away from Gabriel. That suck and not very nice of Halle Berry and Olivier boths. Halle want Olivier kill Gabriel , I believed so!

Uh, Halle makes it a POINT to bring her daughter out to places where she can be photographed with HALLE, the attention whore. Plenty of Hollywood parents seem to be able to live a life and not have their kids being constantly photographed. Halle is just a twit.

Sorry, Halle is a known liar. Typical that she makes up abuse claims (as evidenced by her unsubstantiated allegations against her first husband, David Justice) and gets denied in court by an INDEPENDENT judge, who isn’t bought and paid for.

Halle Berry is a known liar to those who know her. Starting way back to her stories of being bullied in high school and being mistreated because of her race. The truth is she was very popular at Bedford High School in the suburbs of Cleveland. Nothing she has claimed about her life growing up is true. Her fans can believe what they like but she is a total liar. When she first became famous she lied about her age and made herself years younger than her true age. She has had plastic surgery, she has stepped on many people to get ahead, and yet she is the victim. I feel so deeply sorry for her child. Nalha is the real victim.

@jessica – Gabriel has been portrayed as a man with alot of problems, anger issues, etc but the truth is that the one with alot of issues is Halle. She lost in court so now she started the drama. Her first marriage she trashed her husband and said that he was abusive, but lots of folks have met the man (who is happily married) and never once has hubby #1 been accused of abuse since. Hubby #2 was labeled as a sex addict because Halle told him to do so (if he wanted to make it work) – then WHAM he’s out the door. Next comes Gabriel and he gets protrayed as the one with the problem. Sorry – Halle is the main denominator here and mark my words Oliver will be next. Halle just wants to control evedrything; even at the expense of hurting her own daughter. Shame on Halle Berry! She needs to get help before she destroys her daughter!
