So, the aids initiative Bush started in Africa and is funded for perpetuity, and just happens to be saving lives on a daily basis is for naught? Your ignorance is appalling. This is exactly the sort of thing that makes this country great…. I am no Bush fan, but most of his presidency was reactive and not pro-active, he did, in fact, do some good.
