Britney Made the First Move on Jason Trawick, Because Of Course She Did

So Britney did a recent interview with Elle magazine (with Jason Trawick—apparently one of the caveats in her conservatorship states that she can’t do interviews alone, I guess), and in it, she talked about her relationship, her sense of style, and not caring about what other people have to say about her, among other things.

Here’s Britney on her relationship with Jason Trawick, and how the two started hooking up:

Jason Trawick tells ELLE Britney made the first move in their relationship: “It was kind of one of those things where she moved, like, turned around, so we were face-to-face, and then-” Britney’s response? “Okay, that’s enough information, sweetie. It was sweet, just say that.”

OK, on the real, I think if I were in close proximity to Britney, and she “moved, like, turned around” so that we were face-to-face also, I would be really, really scared. I’m just being honest, here. The way Jason says that makes it sound like she was this creepy, venomous snake getting ready to feed or something, and honestly, it kind of paints a scary picture.

Anyway, here’s Britney on her fashion sense and style:

“I love my jeans and my sweats-I’m really just a tomboy at heart. So it’s really hard for me to be like Kim Kardashian and be makeup- and hair-ready every time I go out of my house. I’m not a believer in that, you know? On the other hand, when you do wear those sweats, you’re like, Oh God, I should step it up a notch.”

And finally, on those pesky rumors that she’s not the Britney that we see on TV:

“I guess I’ve been under the microscope so long that I don’t even pay attention to the nonsense anymore. I gave up getting upset about things people make up about me a long time ago.”

On the whole, cute interview. And this photo? This one right here?:

  • She actually looks happy in that picture below. She usually looks completely dead in the eyes. But that can also be the power of photoshop.

  • Photoshop is not the word! They of course made her look “happy” and half her size. I mean, she’s in a decent shape, I’ll admit, but not nearly as thin as they made her look. They even photoshopped HIM! I guess I need to just accept that this is completely common practice
