Rob Pattinson was crushed when his girlfriend Kristen Stewart admitted she had a fling with her married director and he promptly fled the house that they shared, but the anger has begun to thaw and the Twilight stars have finally started talking to each other again.
Kristen and her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders were photographed in a series of shocking clinches on July 17 and after they were caught they both apologized, Rupert to his wife Liberty Ross and Kristen to Rob.
Kristen’s camp has said that it was a oneitime indiscretion, but that doesn’t seem to matter to her boyfriend. He ignored her “tearful texts” and multiple phone calls, but finally relented and has slowly started to speak to her again, but it may be too late.
“Rob just isn’t going to be able to get beyond the cheating – one time or not,” a source who knows both of them told People magazine.
Oh well, that’s just great then. These two are talking. Does that mean, by next week, they’ll be back to normal again? Like I told you guys before, I was pulling for them to get over this initially, but it’s just not happening for me this time. I actually don’t think I want them to get back together, because all of this has done pretty much just one thing for me: it’s showed me really just how selfish and desperate Kristen can be, and that’s just not attractive. Or appealing.

People who think Rob and Kristen are actually Edward and Bella, and so they think they had the most perfect (*retch*), beautiful relationship and were totally (*retch*) soulmates.
Well, Liberty Ross is giving Rupert Sanders a second chance, and he actually broke a *vow* when he did what he did. Why shouldn’t Kristen and Rob get back together? Just playing devil’s advocate here – I actually think Rob should drop her ass and keep it dropped, since at this point breaking up is a lot simpler (the only problem is that poor dog) than for Liberty and Rupert, who have kids.

Someone who clearly is far too invested in a relationship in a BOOK and MOVIE and cannot tell real life from fiction and has no idea what cheating means and how it can affect a relationship.

maybe im showing my true colors, and a little bit of how i acted when i was younger, but i didnt really see this as defining her character. maybe it was a selfish moment, but shes 22! who isnt selfish at 22?? im grateful that all my idiotic indiscretions werent broadcast and judged by so many “perfect” people. it has shaped who i am today and i am grateful for the many missteps i took. i truly feel for her. its rough being a young adult.
I really think this is being blown WAY out of proportion. People really should give Kristen a break. Who hasn’t messed up in some way at some point in time. I cheated when I was younger and I bet practically everyone else has in some way or another. Be it emotionally or physically. It doesn’t mean you are a horrible person, just makes you a normal person.
Just because it’s normal for you doesn’t make it normal for everyone.
Normal people make mistakes. I doubt you are able to say you have never made a mistake in your life. I’m just saying I think people are freaking out over this WAY more then they need to. For fu**** sake, this is Hollywood we are talking about. Everyone cheats on everyone. Or they are in open relationships and bang everyone anyways. I think it’s funny when people are shocked anymore over Hollywood cheating scandals.
