Is Miley Cyrus Getting Married This Weekend?

From People:

It’s been less than a month since Liam Hemsworth popped the question to Miley Cyrus with a 3.5-carat diamond stunner from jeweler Neil Lane.

But is Cyrus, 19, already ready to swap out her latest belly-baring ensembles (and summer-ready swimwear) for something a little more dressy – like a wedding gown?

Perhaps, the bride-to-be hints on Twitter, as she addresses some big plans for next weekend.

“Super lazy Sunday!” she Tweeted. “Can’t wait for next week! It’ll be filled with happiness.”

Cyrus didn’t say whether she plans on tying the knot in the next few days, which leaves the source of her “happiness” up for discussion (much like the style of her wedding dress).

Hemsworth’s rep, however, denied that he and Cyrus were planning to tie the knot this week, telling Gossip Cop that the Aussie is busy filming his new movie in New Orleans and is only “back in L.A. for a night next week to receive an award from Australians in Film on the 27th.”

Perhaps Cyrus is getting a head start on her Independence Day festivities with a “Party in the U.S.A”-worthy celebration. Or is she just planning some quality time with one of her rescue pups, aptly named Happy?

“Life is to short, stop compromising your happiness,” added Cyrus, who told PEOPLE she was ready for “a life of happiness” when she announced her engagement. “Happiness is a right, a privilege that you deserve.”

Yeah, I think this rumor is reaching a little too far. Miley is a girl who casually refers to sex as “magical” and “cool,” she’s a girl who’s quoted things like “the stars died so that you could be here today.” She’s just one of those stoners that’s in a perpetual good mood, and everything’s awesome and cool all the time. I mean, she has dogs named Happy and Ziggy and Mary Jane, ok? It’s not at all out of the ordinary for her to say that her week will be “filled with happiness.”

But what if she does get married this weekend? What a wedding that would be, huh?
