That she can’t ever be photographed not wearing a bikini? Or that there’s enough calories in that one beer to sustain a girl’s thin frame for another three or four days, tops? I mean, when was the last time that anyone’s seen LeAnn in regular clothes? I mean, she did go to dinner that one time when someone told her to eat a damned sandwich and not just chew on the parsley garnish (I saw you spit that out, girl, don’t try to deny it) and I’m assuming that she was decked out in appropriate attire, but I just don’t know. THERE’S NO SOLID PROOF, just like there’s NO SOLID FOODS.

The seizure bit is all relative to her new movie, Contagion, and the cheating-dude comment came up when an interviewer asked her if the virus was punishment for being an unfaithful wife (I guess her character cheats on her husband, who’s played by the very lucky Matt Damon this time around). I’m assuming that the only three faithful men she’s speaking of include her husband, Chris Martin, and two other guys that she dated exclusively, because BITCH PLEASE, who in their right mind would ever, ever cheat on the not-at-all ridiculous Gwyneth Paltrow?

Summertime is nearly over, friends. The kids have their new backpacks, their TI calculators, their fresh sets of colored pencils; the public pools are slowly being drained of chlorine and pee; the barbecues’ flames are all but extinguished.

Summertime is also the season for that treasured all-American sport, overeating (see also: Thanksgiving, et al). So as the summer winds down, it is with a trembling lip and a wistful look in my eye that I report (with the help of the AP) that semi-celebrity Sonya “The Black Widow” Thomas defeated that insufferable Joey Chestnut at the 10th Annual National Buffalo Wing Festival in Buffalo, New York yesterday.

Sonya Thomas made headlines this July, too, when she won the first-ever Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest for ladies. There, Joey Chestnut won the men’s division—formerly known as “The Whole Contest”—for only the fifth time in a row.

Sonya Thomas smoked the competition at this year’s Buffalo Wing event, devouring 183 wings to Chestnut’s 174. She beat him last year, too, when she ate 181 wings. The entire event lasts 12 whole minutes; Chestnut came in second place both years.

Thomas, easily the reigning lady-champ of the competitive eating world, first set the women’s hot dog eating record in 2003, with 25 hot dogs. In 2009, she finished the annual Nathan’s Contest with 41. She weighs 100 pounds.

I know, the whole ‘Bey’ thing in every headline about Beyonce is probably getting old to you, but you know what? Not me!

This weekeend our super pretty pregnant lady turned thirty. Can you believe it? Thirty. You know who else turned thirty over the last year or will turn thirty sometime later this year? Britney Spears. Paris Hilton. Jessica Simpson turned thirty last July. You know, pretty much all of the women that I “grew up” with and this can only mean one thing – it’s going to be my turn someday soon. Not, you know, over the next year or anything (I’ll turn twenty-nine next June, score!), but soon enough. My oh my how the time flies when you’re having fun.

Happy 30th, Beyonce! Love you, girl!

Either that, or these two just like to exclusively bond over their mutual love and appreciation for good food and wine. I know that there’ve been a good many relationships where visiting restaurants was really the crux of the pairing in my life, and there wasn’t really much outside dining together at delectable eateries, but Jake Gyllenhaal doesn’t really strike me that way, no. Jake is more serious, more involved in his relationships, and I just couldn’t see him spending frivolous time, sitting at a table in some random, faceless restaurant with a woman that he really and truly didn’t care for.
