I have positively no doubts that Armani could have afforded some kind of natural-looking weave or even a damned wig from the stock room of Spencer’s Gifts (is that frigging place even open anymore?) and it would have looked oodles better than this … catastrophe. I can’t even appreciate the fine body that Rihanna obviously has because I’m too damned busy gawking at the hair that my brother rocked when he was five.

Sorry, that was the best I could do in hiding my general disdain and distaste for Avril Lavigne. I didn’t like her back when Sk8er Boi was cool, and I didn’t like her when she married Deryck Whibley, and I don’t like her now that she’s still hanging on to her Sk8er Boi-theme and dating Brody Jenner, or pinching her ex-husband’s penis through his Speedo on rented yachts or whatever she’s doing lately.

Go away, Avril, seriously. Your Batboy face, excessive eyeliner, and poorly-autotuned yodely voice have been way over for awhile.

I know there’s a lot of you guys out there who are positively nuts about this movie, so I tried to get everything together all in one little neat package for you to check out today. But what I really want to talk about is Christian Bale in the role of Batman. Appropriate? If not, who should be playing this new, updated Batman? Personally, I’m not a big Christian Bale fan. As far as I’m concerned, he’s the same in every role. My husband thinks Bale is the best Batman yet, but I don’t know, guys. I just don’t think so. These are some trying times, and I think it’s imperative that we make GOOD decisions in everything we do, you know?

So we’ve already kind of talked about the interesting choice of Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle/Catwoman, so now have your say – who’s your favorite Batman?

Yep. So this is what my girl Jennifer Love Hewitt wore to NYC’s Fashion Week. Of course I love it. I mean, this woman could start wearing burlap bags, I wouldn’t take any fashion advice from her, but I would offer to rub salve on the areas that happened to be chafed by the bristly, uncomfortable burlap fiber. I’m kind like that, in case you guys didn’t know.

In all seriousness, though, her hair is probably the best I’ve seen it. It’s the right length, the right color, it frames her face just right – I’m completely in love with it.

Do you guys love this look or what?

Am I the only one kind of concerned by the pointiness of those shoulder bones? And those of her back? If she loses any weight – like, at all – she’s going to look all ridgy like a chameleon. Mm. Hot.

Also, I must be in some kind of fog today, because I read the captions on the photos I received from the photo agency as Demi Lovato, and I was all like “Yeah. NOT.”
