Sorry about all the geeky stuff coming out of my laptop today. It’s just that San Diego Comic-Con 2011 is totally underway, and people keep announcing movies and television shows I can’t wait to watch.
For instance: Mike Judge attended Comic-Con to talk about his old new television show, Beavis and Butt-head, which is returning to MTV—after 14 years!!—this October. Hear that, mom? Payback! Payback for all those years I wasn’t allowed to watch anything by Viacom!
The Bieber fans among you might not remember Beavis and Butt-head, understandably, as you were probably not yet alive. But for the rest of us, MTV teased the following scenes at Comic-Con yesterday. And… I like it? I think? The animation is much more detailed and polished, less herky-jerky than the original show, so that it looks a little like Beavis is trapped inside King of the Hill.
The real fun happens at the 3:11 mark, when Butt-head tears into Jersey Shore. Enjoy!
