And by “DB,” of course I mean “douchebag,” but I have to be careful about what goes up there in that big, bold headline or the advertisers curl up into little balls and burst into flame. It’s not pretty.
Tracy Morgan, or if you need further information on how to best identify him, “the unfunny one who was on SNL for awhile,” has taken his sad skit to a new level: bashing homosexuals. Apparently Morgan (who still has his own comedy tour, if you can believe it) did a show earlier in the week, where he claimed that he would stab his son “to death” if he was gay, and bashed gays if they couldn’t take a joke. Some of Morgan’s more rage-inducing quips:
-Mr. Morgan took it upon himself to mention about how he feels all this gay shit was crazy and that women are a gift from God and that “Born this Way” is bullshit, gay is a choice, and the reason he knows this is exactly because “God don’t make no mistakes” (referring to God not making someone gay cause that would be a mistake).
-He said that there is no way a woman could love and have sexual desire for another woman, that’s just a woman pretending because she hates a fucking man. He took time to visit the bullshit of this bullying stuff and informed us that the gays needed to quit being pussies and not be whining about something as insignificant as bullying.
-He mentioned that gay was something kids learn from the media and programming, and that bullied kids should just bust some ass and beat those other little fuckers that bully them, not whine about it. He said if his son that was gay he better come home and talk to him like a man and not [he mimicked a gay, high pitched voice] or he would pull out a knife and stab that little N***** to death.
-He mentioned that Barack Obama needed to man up and quit being all down with this just because he has a wife and two daughters. All of this being followed by thunderous cheer and “You go Tracys”. Tracy then said he didn’t fucking care if he pissed off some gays, because if they can take a fucking dick up their ass… they can take a fucking joke.
I guess it’s not a big surprise, as Morgan’s done this kind of stuff in the past – in 2009, he did a show at Carnegie Hall where he claimed that being gay was “a choice.” What’s surprising, however? That he’s practically OWNED by Tina Fey, who’s long been a supporter of the LGBT community. The worst thing about this is that his comments garnered applause and support from a lot of the people in the audience. Now, if that’s not, I don’t know, AN ENTIRE FUCKING BUILDING-FUL of people who need to go and get fucked, I don’t know what is.

Sorry but all sexuality is a choice. I don’t think you choose who you’re attracted to (opposite or same sex) but you do choose to act on it. No one accidentally has sex with someone of the same or opposite sex, it’s always a choice.
@Jimmy That doesn’t even make sense. If you don’t choose who you’re attracted to, then sexuality isn’t a choice. Who you have sex with a choice, sure, but that’s very different.
It’s puts me at odds to read things like this, especially after the fact that I am a huge 30 rock fan. I want to look at Tracy Morgan as I do when I am watching him on 30 and treat it as if he is still in character because the last thing I want to do is paint one of my favorite characters as a bigot. But then I need to remind myself that while he is still doing an act, I could never promote comedy that looks to isolate an audience of people so maliciously that even if people are goading him to keep talking about how sexuality is a choice, in a weird way it’s almost as if they are agreeing with him. I understand that comedy can be very controversial, even when taken within the context of the act, but statements like he is going to stab his son to death if he stays in the closet can be very alienating to a child that may not fully understand his/her sexual identity yet. I am not saying that there cannot be comedy that looks to target a particular audience, but comments like those about stabbing a potentially gay child show a side of Tracy Morgan that I really am not willing to support, nor willing to accept for that matter.
Am I the only one who thinks Tracy is horribly unfunny and a terrible actor? This just makes me dislike him 100 times more. If I wasn’t so obsessed with Fey and Baldwin I would have given up on 30 Rock a long time ago. They should just kill off Tracy and have Grizz and Dotcom take his spot.
I have so much I want to say about this that its making me sick to my stomach. Hes calling kids who were bullied PUSSIES? Does his small mind realize that a handful COMMITTED SUICIDE? Fucking douche. Kids today are MEAN, and being gay doesn’t make anything easier.

@ Jimmy: Personally (just me, not you or anyone else, just speaking for myself), I don’t care if it’s a choice. Even if it is a choice, it’s NOT A BAD ONE. Sexuality is a complicated thing, but that’s half the fun of it.
