    In what world does her makeup look beautiful? It looks like it was spackled on, and her face is a different color than her neck.

    Also, I think garters are when you clip your stockings to a belt around your hips, not to the skirt itself. So… I guess the skirt got it wrong. How embarrassing.

    It’s a fine line between pulling a Perry or a Momsen. The only real difference is a Perry is usually more colourful. Either way you will always look like a stripper.

    To be fair, though, she’ll probably fit in well in Japan. They love a good short-skirt-and-over-knee-socks combo there.
