    I’m gonna say there’s some cheek work there as well. She has more pronounced “cheek-apples” now than she did when she was a kid, and that usually tones down as you lose some of your baby fat. Now, whether she’s had implants or had her face scooped out a little, I don’t know.

    I think her cheeks are the work of far better makeup application. I’d say she’s had her nose tweaked twice. Either way, she looks fab.

    The cheeks confuse me, too. Sometimes they look overtly done and other times I’m not so sure.

    I like her old nose better. I think it fit her face and worked with her larger lips.
