Kate Gosselin, or as some of you might know her, The Bitch from Jon and Kate Plus 8, is being sued by a PA-based marriage counseling center. The center, Creative Energy Option, was asked to fly out to LA back in 2009 where they performed ‘services’ for Kate and company, and now they claim that there’s an outstanding bill of $10,476 due. The president of the organization spoke to TMZ and claimed that not only has Kate ignored their attempts to collect the debt, but has also refused to make a payment arrangement.

But hey – Kate’s got a long record of wasting money, so this shouldn’t come as a surprise.

Friends of Kate have come forward (I know, I was really surprised that she had some, too) and claimed that the bill is Jon’s to pay, as the counseling center was hired to ‘coach’ Jon on living his life, which did not involve Kate at all.

Either way, if I were in a situation like Jon and Kate’s, and my marriage was seriously THAT FAR GONE, I’m not sure that I’d be alright taking it to marriage counseling – especially if I were, you know, involved with the taping of a reality show and everything else that goes along with it. I didn’t watch Jon & Kate when it aired, and I’m not going to pretend to know the ins and the outs of this couple’s marriage, but chances are, if you’re looking to a reality show to mend the cracks in your relationship, (or, um, display those very same cracks) then marriage counseling – or life coaching – PROBABLY isn’t going to work either.

Just get on the bill, Kate – 10 grand should be a mere pittance to what you’ve probably dropped on fake nails, tans and veneers in just the past few years, right?

So the sound is a JUUUUST a little different than what I’m used to from these dudes, but I realize that not all songs can be ‘Intergalactic,’ and not all albums can be ‘Hello, Nasty.’ Either way, the Beastie Boys are still pretty sick after all this time, and I’m glad that they decided to make a new album for all of the modern-day beasts out there.

The album, Hot Sauce Committee Part 2, is set to drop May 3rd – will you be partaking?

Ok, really it’s just another awesome Funny or Die video, but I have a right to dream.  Also, who doesn’t love some Helen Mirren?

On a more serious note, I’m truly shocked that no one has thought to make a movie called Grampires yet.  Vampires are obviously way hot right now, and besides, they’ve already made a movie about little people vampires (title: Ankle Biters, tagline: “Three feet tall!  Two inch fangs!”  Rating: totally worth it), what’s to stop Hollywood from taking the next step?

A photo of Mariska Hargitay

Sigh.  Beautiful, beautiful Mariska.  Let’s not pretend like we all haven’t spent a full day in our pajamas, watching reruns of Law and Order: SVU that we’ve seen a million times and practically weeping over Mariska’s elegance and grace.  We’ve all done that, right?

Regardless, the adorable little addition to Mariska’s family, Amaya Josephine (precious!), should bring a smile to your face, and if it doesn’t, then check out Mariska’s statement:

“I’m deliriously happy,” Hargitay, 47, tells PEOPLE. “From the minute she was born, she was just surprisingly alert and so full of love.”

“We were considering both international and domestic adoption and we’re thrilled that this is the way our prayers were answered,” she adds. “We talked a lot about mixed-race adoptions, and we are very excited that we are now a multi-racial family. We’re just so happy she’s here.”

And there’s one family member who’s more excited than anyone: Hargitay’s 4½-year-old son, August.

“He is over the moon,” says the actress. “He calls her his baby because he says the whole thing was his idea. He always talks about how he’s going to protect her. He’s going to be a great big brother.”

If that doesn’t warm your heart, then just check out these old pictures of Detective Stabler in a silly hat, and if that doesn’t work, then I’m sorry you’re so dead inside.

photo of will smith pictures of men in black iii pictures photos 3

I don’t know about you guys, but I’m just STOKED about this. I may make an event out of it – buy some sugary treats from the convenience store, jam them inside my pants, and try to pass it off like I have enormous saddle-bags while sneakily sneaking them past the pimple-faced teenager at the ticket kiosk and into the movie theater. I may actually go SEE this movie. And eat GUMMY WORMS.

Will Smith, who can do no wrong in my eyes, was photographed in New York City this past week filming Men in Black III scenes. It seems like this movie’s been in development for way too long, and I don’t know how much more I can take of watching MIB and MIB II on TBS. I mean, they’re on all the fucking time.

Are you guys excited about this? Does your excitement include sugar-encrusted gummy worms, too?

photo of Britney Spears cover of us magazine pictures hot photos

So the epic Britney Spears sat for another recent interview, and it’s apparent that this woman and her crack PR team are out to resurrect girlfriend’s image, but come on. Pretending like Britney’s actually GIVING these interviews rather than planting quotes with the publisher is no way to show that this is a woman on the mend. Granted, I know that if Britney answered these questions herself, the responses would be more like ‘MOAR FRAPPUCCINO‘ or ‘Where’s the fried chicken, y’all?’ or even ‘Justin Timberlake is single? He’s SINGLE?’, but hey. It’s nice to pretend sometimes, right?

From Us magazine:

Congratulations on Femme Fatale! How did making this record compare to making your first, Baby One More Time?

I’m at such a different point in my life now than I was back then. I’m more mature and much more hands-on now. I know exactly what I like and what I don’t like. I guess that can make the recording process difficult, because I’m very particular about songs I put my voice on.

You’re a parent now too. How has motherhood changed you?

It really puts life into perspective. You have to think about all your decisions so much more carefully, because they are affecting your kids too. My priorities have changed, and I do everything for [the boys]. They remind me what life is all about.

Tell us about Preston and Jayden.

Jayden is the youngest, and he might be the mama’s boy. He’s very outgoing, always making us laugh, and he’s very creative. Preston is definitely the big brother. He’s very independent. He’s really, really smart and thinks everything through.

What are they into these days?

Their new favorite thing is dressing up as different superheroes, and they’re just so cute! They especially love Batman and Spiderman. We love watching Disney movies together. I also love reading them Fancy Nancy books [a children's series by Jane O'Connor and Robin Priess Glasser] before bed.

What’s your parenting style? And what about Jason’s?

With some things I’m strict, and with other things I’m easygoing. I guess I’m right in the middle. Jason is just amazing with the boys. They look up to him so much – they adore him. He’s their hero.

What else do you love about Jason?

We have such a great time together! He makes me laugh, and we are so comfortable being ourselves. We like to stay home, order in, watch movies, go to dinner with friends. And we love getting away for the weekend. Some of our favorite spots are Las Vegas, Hawaii or Mexico.

Do you see yourself getting married again?

Maybe. Never say never!

OK – All in all, a carefully-planned (albeit boring) interview that’s supposed to create the image that Britney’s alright.  It’s alright. There’ll be plenty of time down the road to go hog-wild, Brit. You know you want to. You know I want you to.
