Taylor Momsen is so hardcore that she actually stripped her 16-year old ass naked for her band’s latest music video. Only problem? It’s illegal for a person her age to be THAT hardcore.

Here’s what Taylor had to say about the video and why it wasn’t released as-is:

“It was held up in legal for a long time because I was 16 when we shot that. We couldn’t release it because, yes, I actually got naked.

It’s such a complex song – and the video really reflects the song, in the way that I’d die for this person. And the point is: if you don’t do something that’s making you happy, you’re just working through possessions and shit; you’re dying with nothing anyway. So I’m stripping off my worldly possessions and giving them away. And then there’s hell raining down, just cause it looks cool.”

Oh wow. Nakedness to imply nothingness. What a deep-ass concept, Taylor. *longest sigh imaginable*

In the legal version, Taylor compromised and wore some lingerie, but part of me can’t even believe the other version exists. I mean, who sat there and filmed a 16-year old girl writhing about with a microphone in her hand? Why was this allowed in the first place?

Poor Billy Ray Cyrus. First his wife cheats on him with a grosser, blonder version of him and now his precious little daughter is all over the Internet rippin’ off a bong. That can’t be easy for the guy. Plus, his Tweet this morning apologizing for his daughter’s behavior kind of broke my heart. Like, I’m not sure that I was prepared to hear Billy Ray Cyrus say that he was “so sad.”

It sucks though, because Miley’s 18 and technically not her parents problem anymore. Between the stresses of ending his marriage with his wife and the flack he’s probably getting for “the way he raised his daughter,” the poor dude is probably beyond emotionally depleted.

Let’s go easy on Billy Ray. If anyone’s responsible for Miley’s typical 18-year old behavior, it’s her.

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James are 100% dunzo, but Sandy is keeping her promise to stay involved in the lives of his children, whom she was very close to during their marriage. According to an interview with Jesse’s ex, Janine Lindemulder, Sandra is planning on spending her her Christmas with her ex and the kids:

Sandra Bullock is planning to spend the Christmas holidays in Austin, Texas with [Jesse James]. And it’s all for the benefit of her adopted son, Louis, and Jesse’s three children, Chandler, 14, Jesse Jr., 12, and Sunny, 6.

“Sandra is making plans for a Christmas reunion for Louis and her former stepkids, so they can spend time together and bond,” a family insider tells In Touch. “And she’s agreed to allow Jesse to come, as well…

“Sandra wants to make sure Louis grows up knowing Jesse’s children, so she is willing to put the past behind her for the sake of the kids.

“Sandra knows that having Jesse’s family in Louis’ life is good for him… so she’s opening her home and her heart to the children, inviting them to visit at Christmastime.”

This makes me love Sandra even more. After the year that she went through with Jesse, I can’t imagine that spending the holidays with him will be very easy, but I can also imagine that if she wasn’t there, it would be hard on the kids. You gotta respect a woman who will do what she has to do for the sake of her children, right?

Oprah Winfrey was roasted on The Soup this week after a funny paparazzi clip of her was released. In the video above, you see Oprah heading into a building when she’s stopped by a cameraman asking her what he should get his mother for the holidays. Oprah responds by telling him to pick up the Pottery Barn jewelry box she plugged on her Favorite Things show. The cameraman insists that he needs a gift that costs less than a hundred dollars, and Oprah’s reaction is priceless. Not only did it fail to occur to her that not everyone can spend $100 during the holidays, even on their most loved ones, but she looks downright shocked.

I love Oprah, but girl, c’mon.

Looks practically the same to me, just a little bit stringier on the bottom. But don’t take it from me – I don’t care for the woman any further than I could throw her, and really, anything’s a step up from the horrible, way-expensive-but-super-bargain-looking extensions or chopped pumpkin look she had going on a few years ago – but yeah.  Looks awfully similar to her old ‘do. My favorite look? Those times when I can see the hair on the back of her head. ‘Cause that means she’s on her way out of somewhere – and hopefully it’ll be the media, and additionally, our lives someday soon.

Actress Neve Campbell, who just split from actor husband John Light not all that long ago, has been seen out in New York with Old Spice guy Isaiah Mustafa. The two are a year apart in age and seem to be getting along really well. A source close to Neve told HuffPo, “They’re dating. Neve is really happy.”

Dude, Isaiah is mad hot and those commercials are fascinating to watch. I don’t know if I’d call them “hilarious” like HuffPo did, but they are works of art. Good for Neve for moving on to what appears to be an upgrade.
