The singer stepping off a plane in full-blown couture ain’t shit compared to her leaving a London yoga studio looking like this yesterday. Anyone who’s done even an hour of yoga will tell you that you leave just as sweaty and hurting as you do after an hour of almost any kind of work out. The idea of Gaga showering off and slipping on this dress and heels with achey muscles is absolutely ridiculous to me. I mean, you’d literally have to trade me international fame and millions of dollars to get me to care this much…OH, WAIT.
Although he was sentenced to a year in jail, Lil Wayne was released this morning after only serving eight months of time. I say “only” as if I didn’t count down the days to his release like the dude owes me money or something. I live for Weezy F. Baby.
But like Lohan and Paris, this went on for too long. Wayne was originally arrested all the way back in 2007 on these charges and put of his jail time for as long as possible before finally going in. The time leading up to his surrender was well spent (who else do you know of that can drop a #1 hit while technically behind bars?), but we could have ripped off this adhesive bandage like, forever ago.

Though I voted for him – twice – there were some decisions that were made during his presidency that I didn’t care for, but on the whole? I think he’s an alright dude. And I think that he’s got a lot of wit and charm buried in there that a lot of people don’t see because they either think he’s some backward, blithering idiot, or because his Presidency overshadows everything that he’s done since. Or before. Or at all.
