“It’s over. I broke up with him.”
–Bristol Palin on — what else — her (second) breakup with former Playgirl playmate, Levi Johnston.
Wanna know what I think this is? I think it was an elaborate hoax set up by Sarah Palin herself to really stick it up Levi’s ass for being such a pain in the ass for the past few years. What better way to get back at Levi than to build his hopes up and think there’s a solid future with his baby mama and his child and to dash them in the most public of ways?
The “real” reason? Evidently, the day that Bristol and Levi announced their re-engagement, Brissie found out that Levi may have fathered another child with another woman, though reports deny that.
What do you guys think? Trash airing trash, or real drama and hurt going down?

Maybe this is a stupid question, but…how the fuck are we hearing about this? I mean…is someone calling the press to announce the break-ups and make-ups? Does the media actually have a legitimate relationship with Bristol Palin that they’re calling her all, “Hey, girl, what’s up this week?” Is this all Sarah Palin’s doing? I hate this family. Go take care of your fucking children! All of you! Get off my lawn!

As an Alaskan, can I just please say that these people do NOT represent the majority of the population. We all collectively cringe whenever their names come up in the press. Please, please don’t judge us by these crackers and the pathetic people they hang around with. Seriously, we aren’t all like cast members from the movie Deliverance.
I never really looked at the body language in that photo of the Palins until now. Sarah and Todd have their arms around each other or a daughter and it looks like they are either “blocking” Bristol out or “guarding” the other daughters from her. Bristol looks like she was added to that shot as an afterthought. There is a bit of space between Bristol and Sarah too. Like they don’t want to touch each other. Oh and there is a light fixture coming out of Bristol’s head.

That photo does seem a little as you described it.
Do they have to give back the money to US magazine that they collected for “photography expenses” (US doesn’t pay for stories, but they get around it by these other payments).
Bristol is showing a tremendous amount of bad judgment here. You don’t go public like this only to reverse your decision a couple weeks later. For crying out loud, at least US is a weekly magazine, if it was monthly it would still be on the shelf.

I’m thinking the whole thing was a publicity stunt. Bristol is just as hungry for the limelight as she claims Levi is. It all adds up. They decide to get back together and sell their wedding story to US. Then they shop around a reality show that no one wants so all of a sudden they break up…and sell THAT story to People! Bristol is horrible (and homely).
