While Katy Perry was doing an interview on The Graham Norton Show, she made a few key slips. When asked about her relationship with Russell Brand, she said
“Life’s never dull with him, that’s why I married him!”
When the audience started reacting to that statement, she quickly corrected herself, saying “That’s why I’m marrying him!” She claimed it was just a slip of the tongue, but a little bit later she referred to Russell’s mom as her “mother-in-law.”
What do you guys think? It’s certainly not unbelievable: the two got engaged after dating for just four months, so it’s feasible that they wouldn’t want to wait very long before taking that next step. Though they have been making some pretty public wedding plans…
The interview airs on Monday, so I guess we can get a better idea of what’s going on then.
