I think the black thing is part of the dress, if you look closely there s a fleshy coloured thing on her back, above the white dress.
Also, I mean, hate on J.Lo by all means, but to say that she's not a role model for successful puerto rican women? I mean, jeeze, I know it's not realistic to think every woman could be like her, but the woman did create her own brand, empire, had multi-platinum albums and hit box-office movies, even having had both at the same time. What more could you ask for? The woman's succeeded in her field, at least give her that.
That's all any of us could ask for ourselves.
