When we last heard from Lindsay, she was worried about not being able to make her court date on Thursday due to volcanic ash. But now, girl has bigger problems. Someone stole her passport.
But she’s totally trying to get back to L.A., guys. She tried to board her flight without a passport, but they just wouldn’t let her. She’s made an appointment with the U.S. embassy to get a new one, but her appointment isn’t until 9:00 tomorrow morning. Do that math, and Lindsay’s not going to make that court date. And if we can believe her judge, and I really hope we can, that means an arrest warrant.
Her lawyer’s trying to work something out though:
“I was on the phone with Lindsay’s assistant the entire night and we’re doing everything we can to resolve this issue and get her back to L.A.”
“Lindsay is distraught because it was her intention to get back to L.A. today to do more alcohol education classes today and appear in court tomorrow.”
This whole thing has been so much fun to watch, and I’m going to be a little disappointed when it’s all over tomorrow. But hey, maybe it won’t be. Maybe Lindsay will just stay abroad forever, avoiding arrest but still finding time to be the classy girl we all know and love. That’s probably the best case scenario, but I’m not getting my hopes up. I’ll just be satisfied if she actually gets arrested.

it’s at the point where I wish nothing bad to happen to her b/c it is obvious she is so unhappy and lost.
i also get annoyed that the very same people (gossip bloggers mainly) express concern for her and then rip her to shreds all time.
I know she has brought most of her crap on herself but I also know that having the media stalk her for the last few years has also played a big role in her downward spiral.
Not to mention she has CRAP parents.
I was under the impression that some people only want her to be arrested because the they think it will help her get her life back together. I think she needs court ordered rehab and some psychiatric help…and some new parents.
Nobody is doing her any favors by letting her stumble through life the way she is, never paying the price for her actions.

If a normal person was in her situation and lost her passport they would get up shit creek instantly. She deserves what she gets IMO.

Why did she even go to Cannes in the first place?! She knew this court date was coming up and she still has classes to make up before appearing in court.
She needs to sort this out asap or she will go to jail!
If you’re in uncomfortable position and have no cash to go out from that point, you will need to take the loan. Just because that would aid you unquestionably. I get secured loan every single year and feel myself great just because of that.
