I get about 100 emails from PR people every day. Most of them I delete without ever opening. But when I saw “Kimberly Caldwell” in the title of one today, I had to click it. The American Idol also-ran fascinates me with her persistence to remain relevant. Apparently she has an album coming out this year.

Here’s Kimberly on some sort of Cribs-style web show, showing us her pad, and her dog. It’s interesting. And by that I mean it’s not really interesting at all, but it will keep your mind busy, because the whole time you watch it you’re just going to think to yourself, “Why didn’t they turn on any lights?” over and over and over again. Enjoy.

Why cant that girl every look normal. She alwys has the oddest hair dos/haircuts. Its from the 80′s the one she has now. When she was first on idol she looked like such a normal pretty girls. Now she has the odd hair dos and feathered earings and wierd clothes and doesnt shut the fuck up! Her music is boring and my god when she does interviews i wwnna kill myself, BORING. she is a bore another person who thinks they are famous, fmaous for what- only thing cute were her dogs– which i hope she adopted! I hate when famous people show off their dogs but dont talk about them more. They use them as an accessory

Wow. She shares a house, she buys all her stuff from garage sales and thrift shops and she obviously didn’t pay her electric bill.
That singing thing is really working out.

Wow, how unique and amazing and totally different that she bought some furnishings at garage sales.

I really like her new song Mess Of You. She seems like she would be fun to hang out with.
