I would say that she is a full time mother, which is great as she can afford to be there for her daughter 24/7, at least untill she’s older then i guess katie will take on more roles. She did the play on broadway recently so she’s still in demand and getting work. Lucky katie, lucky daughter.
there are plenty of pics of her on celebritybabyscoop.com smiling, including during this outing. and it’s a big smile too. she doesn’t deserve to be called any of those names. maybe you should stop judging people you don’t know. i’m so sick of your posts that are just plain mean. this is probably the third or fourth time she’s been photographed with the bunny ears and big slippers, the other time they were huge bunny slippers.

Funny, I do see the one pic of her smiling. Could it be that the grumpy face is only because the photogs have invaded their space again and totally sucked out all the joy out of the situation for Katie? It totally looks like she was enjoying her daughter until others decided it was a three ring circus and not a special time between a mother and her daughter.
And I am not a huge Tom or Kate fan — just trying to be fair.
