Ugly Betty is taping it’s final episodes due to cancellation, but the stars of the show seem to be having a freakin’ blast. America Ferrera and Ana Ortiz were in good spirits as they waited to film a scene outside this morning in New York.

How do you  feel about Ugly Betty ending?

I hate Dane Cook. I know, he’s the most easily hated person in the history of people who aren’t Hitler, but I honestly can’t stand the guy. It’s so multilayered. He’s unfunny. This took a couple years for me to figure out because I was young and impressionable (maybe 14?) when he hit the scene and he’s from my part of Massachusetts. I probably do feel extra pissed because it admittedly took me a couple years to figure out that the guy never tells jokes. He says things that sound like jokes in a joke telling fashion, but name-checking a product from the 80s while throwing yourself across the stage is not a joke. It’s not. Don’t be fooled. It might make you laugh, and laughter is an important element of a comedy show, but jokes are an even more important element of a comedy show. Also, he was rude to me once. People never forget how you make them feel, Dane.

Anyway, I’m sure you know how I feel about the rumors that Dane is dating that really adorable Mormon chick from Dancing With the Stars who thinks she’s a singer now or something. Julianne Hough? She seems sweet, right? Like a nice Mormon girl just trying to do it big in Hollywood, substance-free and with a love of Christ, kind of.

The two of them, who I guess who have been pals for awhile, were seen getting cozy at the Laugh Factory in Hollywood on Saturday night where Dane did a surprise show. The two sat alone in a private booth, and after awhile, Dane smooched her and they took off quickly together. Probably to have really unfunny, sinful sex.

Dane Cook ruins everything, you guys. Fine, I’ll say one nice thing about him: He’s really good at MySpace.

Lil Wayne was scheduled to report to jail about a week ago, but the oral surgery he needed before he spent a year locked up kept him out of there for an extra week. His sentencing date was moved to yesterday, but in some crazy twist of fate, the courthouse caught on fire and so everything got bumped up until today. Well, the judge had some time to think about it, and since the damage from the fire was pretty bad, she pushed Wayne’s appointment back until Monday. By the time his ass is finally in the cell, he could have already served his sentence!

I’m thinking that it’s safe to say that Wayne not going to go to jail on Monday or ever. Unless he does. But somehow I think these little accidents are going to keep popping up until the judge gives in and wipes his slate clean.

SNL alum Fred Armisen, Will Ferrell, Dana Carvey, Darrell Hammond, Chevy Chase, Dan Aykroyd, Maya Rudolph, and In Living Color alum Jim Carey got with Americans for Financial Reform to urge Congress to act on financial reform… with a hilarious Internet video. Did I laugh out loud? Not even once. But you know, that’s not really why you watch these things in the first place, right? Maya Rudolph always elicits giggles, though.

What happens when Lady Gaga runs out of Gaga? I mean, what’s this chick gonna do once she’s run out of wild things to wear on her head? She already doesn’t wear pants and tops she wears more and more sparingly by the day. I’m all for fun fashion, but seriously! This lady is going to run out of ways to shock us. And then what? Do we have to start liking Britney Spears again? Slow your roll, Gaga.

“I write a lot and it’s very therapeutic for me because then I can see what’s happening on paper. I’ve started writing a book. It’s going to take a while, all my life experiences. I started writing it a year ago. There’s a lot to put down, you know?”

-Lindsay Lohan tells OK! that she’s working on a book. A lot to put down? Yeah, we know.
