I don’t think she looks that bad. The boob window is a bit strange, but it looks like she gained some weight (ie. 1 lb) so she’s not as ghastly as usual.
Lindsay looks great. Her eyes are sparkling :-) Miss Lohan pulls off the ‘window’ peep as only Lindsay can. Nice picture Kelly, well done.

Other than that, I like the outfit; although it would’ve been elegant and smashing if she’d have worn a short creme jacket or maybe a wrap to match. What she’s wearing is ok, but it is like wearing a tuxedo without a jacket. Something’s missing.
The leggings are probably a good idea as I bet there’re bruises all over them.
And she’s still touching her face. I’m guessing the social anxiety and low self esteem is still there.

Nice assessment Angry Pirate. I agree. I think the only reason she looks slightly better is because her hair is dark and you can’t really tell if it’s greasy anymore. The plastic surgery + whatever drugs she messes with are not a good combo. I also think she needed a jacket or something to pull that look off. The dress on its own just doesn’t look right with her low self confidence and slouchy posture. Are those grandma panties I see her wearing through her dress?
I love the dress, it’s darling. She looks like she’s been partying hard. She has been partying hard so it’s not surprising she looks worn out. When did Atlantic City become a place to launch clothing lines?
