    Wifey wants his money and rich connections to become a designer but has to deal with the nutsy fake nice appearance no matter what.. and she over indulges her daughter to the point she is now a demanding tyrant.. AND that is why Katy is miserable.

    I think that Tom overwhelms women, including smart ones, with his manic, toothy charm and intensity. I think that Katie really loves him and that their kid is probably no more willful than any much-adored child.

    But I’m very saddened to see Katie evidently losing herself in him and the warping affect of Scientology. To have your husband be older, much richer, a global superstar and also the willing pawn of an ambitious “religion” that treats him as though he could do no wrong is to be in an insanely lopsided relationship.

    And I’m sure that she signed some contract saying that the kid will go to Scientology school – they are too smart and probably have too much dirt on Tom to lose control of his children (read, money).

    She has gone from looking radiantly happy to having a thin, wan, utterly unconvincing, token, half-smile when she is photographed. And she responded to some observation that she had lost control of her life to Tom by saying that it was “pretty not true”.

    Whenever someone says uses “pretty” as a qualifier, like Kenny Chesney say ing that he was “pretty firm (no pun intended, I’m sure) in my attraction to women”, you are being told the opposite. Otherwise the person would simply come out and make the statement more emphatically.

    I think that Katie probably feels a bit trapped by this dominating man and his cult and feels like she’d lose her child if she left. And she’s probably not ready to leave yet anyway. Wait until 10 years have gone by, like with Nicole Kidman, and then see what her fate will be.

    Supposedly Scientology wants to bleed (I mean, convert) South and Central America, so that’s why Tom dumped Nicole for Penelope Cruz. So look for another Latina to be in the line-up for Tom’s next wife.

    Too bad his ex’s go so quietly – Scientology sure knows how to induce people to keep their mouths shut.

    He and Jennifer Aniston need to realize that no one wants to see them anymore. They had their fun, now move on. Everyone is creeped out by Tom and Jennifer is just pathetic.

    I don’t understand why american people suddently hate Tom Cruise so much.. did he kill someone? Did he forget to pay taxes? I heard so many bad comments on his latest movie that when I saw it on tv last week, I was actually very surprised that it wasn’t bad at all and he was acting really good.. Give him a rest, people :P
