Today's Evil Beet Gossip

Just Because Your Weave Cost Seven Grand, Doesn’t Mean It’s Going To Make You Feel Fly (And Other Lessons I’ve Learned From Kate Gosselin)

It turns out that Kate’s just one of those ladies that likes to keep her lettuce tight because she hates her extensions. Hates. In fact, they’ve made her cry if you believe the sources talking to US Weekly.

While most women would kill for the chance to sit in Ted Gibson’s chair and have real Indian hair bonded to their scalp, it’s just too much for Kate. She thinks it looks over-processed and damaged, and I’m sure it does compared to her last cut which likely had to be maintained monthly in order to keep that porcupine-esque shape. Apparently Cara and Maddie weren’t fans of the hair either and when they saw their mother for the first time after her makeover, they said “Eww!” Real mature! What are they, nine!? Kate took the twins’ reaction to heart though and spent the rest of the day crying in her bedroom.

Kate’s brought in her own local area stylist to try and help her find ways to style her new locks, but she still has yet to find a way that works for her. At this point, the lady just needs to take them out and get over it. Her free hairstyle didn’t work out. She needs to get over it and start texting “HAITI” to 90999.

  • i can sympathize with kate. had extensions and it was the worst thing ever. so uncomfortable. i agree just take them out if it makes u that miserable, i ended up taking mine off after only having them a little over a week.

    • I had extensions bonded to my head for five months, and while it CAN be miserable at time, it’s just fucking hair and really not a big deal. Toward the end of whole thing I started to get headaches because I was holding like three pounds of hair up with my neck all the time, but even that was tolerable in the grand scheme of things.

    • totally what i was thinking.

your hair isn’t to your liking so you lock yourself away when you have HOW many kids that need dinner and play time and adult guidance. faaaantastic.

  • Go Maddie! You know it was her that ewwed poor Kate and made her boo-hoo all day. It sucks when you give birth to a bigger bitch than yourself. Mommy taught you well. Boy do I miss Madie. Glad to hear shes still goin strong.

  • She’s right that they look over-processed and damaged. That’s the first thing I thought when I saw them.

  • Not surprised she doesn’t care for the free flowing extensions. Doesn’t suit her ‘Jon, you’re breathing strange’ type A personality. She needs something more strategic, that looks like a helmet. Oh yes, like her last hair style. Or how about a bowl?
