Ed and I were clearly on a little drug called “single parent children with a chronic need for attention” last night when we made this week’s Friday Fun video for you all. Not only were we covering the entire week’s worth of news (more or less), but I also was feeling a little parched in the face and Ed had some things he had to get off his chest in relation to feeling like a Large Marge at times.
Let me just beat you to it, commenters. “It puts the lotion on its skin.” There. Is that what you were thinking? That’s what I was thinking.

Wow, this is vapid even by my standards.
LOVE IT. to tell the truth i look forward to these vids and missed it last week! haterz need to relax, i don’t give a fuck who’s chewing gum… this isn’t spielberg, it’s a youtube vid on a gossip site, and it’s fun as hell to watch! and celebrity gossip in and of itself isn’t VAPID? gimme a break! i love evil beet, i think all the writers are talented, creative and intelligent, but obviously i read this site because it is fun escapism, not for profound thinking. sick of people hating on molls!!!

I agree that these videos are unwatchable and pointless. They are supposed to be a wrap up of the weeks stories but the two of them just ramble on like they are high. I liked this site when it was Beet’s witty takes on celebrity gossip (actual stories, not made-up crap). Now I have to weed through videos of someone and her friend acting like twits? i actually don’t mind molls writing (although, yes, wendie leaving has left a hole in my life). but this video is pure self-indulgence. better suited to a personal blog page then a ‘celebrity gossip site’ (definition has become very fluid on this site of late).
gum, valley girl, mutual admiration society – these are the only things that were in anyway memorable. and none of which at all pertinant to this site.
as for those who would respond with ‘just don’t watch it then’ – i won’t. but i resent the fact that i have to now pick and choose what i’m view on this site based purely on molls’ whims of the day, and her love of seeing herself on camera. its becoming way to much work to go through this site…..
