Lady GaGa took a little tumble on stage last night at her show in Montreal, while performing “Teeth,” which is a totally amazing song off her new album. Seriously, if you haven’t heard her new album, The Fame Monster, go out and get it. All the new tracks are super-brilliant, but this one is my fave. (Do you recognize it from my Thanksgiving cooking video?) Anyway, the fall is around the 0:20 mark and it looks like it hurt! But she gets right back up and keeps shaking her ass.

And that my friends is why I wear sensible shoes…

She was in Montreal on Friday and in Ottawa last night.

apparently no one outside of canada knows ottawa exists cuz this is the 3rd blog i’ve read saying she played montreal or toronto last night.

I doubt I would even be able to stand up in those shoes, let alone do a dance rountine.
It happens to the best of us – hell, I fell over (wearing flat boots) the other day while walking along and texting at the same time. Thankfully no-one saw me. Bloody hurt though.

That was really cool how her back up dancer went down with her and tried to help her up.

Then your taste in music is AWFUL.

I’m so tired of the “let’s love Gaga and pretend she’s talented because she can touch a piano, scream, and wear weird shit” bandwagon.

I hope she falls a few more times and hits her vocal box on the way so the reasonable people that are left don’t have to put up with her shitty “music”

Don’t hate on GaGa! She’s way more talented than other pop acts out there.

what are you talking about that girl has mad vocals. Have you heard her sing acoustics?! when is the last time britney has sang live or acoustically. she kicks ass

    • Erandyn says:

I agree/disagree in equal parts: she IS more talented than many acts out there (and that much I can appreciate), but it’s not because she’s brilliant. She’s just a notch above mediocre (in terms of voice, composition, etc – I mean, srsly, “Teeth” is one of the most monotonous songs I’ve ever heard) but that is unfortunately a shitload better than the utter CRAP that’s out there.

What does set her apart, though, is that she’s *interesting* (comparatively speaking). Her performances are creative and OTT, which makes her so-so music worth watching… but I wouldn’t listen to it.

I’m going to guess that you think Britney Spears is the greatest musical artist of the 20th century.

Do you wanna try to go up there and do what she does?

  7. Manda says:

Who cares? She’s HOT! :O I pretty much exclusively listen to metal and could care less about this music, but I like this bitch. She’s neat.

  8. withthewind says:

see?! even the metal heads are reppin’ The Gagsta!she reaches so many different kinda people and you gotta respect her for switching it up in the pop world. Did you guys know before she created her persona, critics slated her to be the next Tori Amos or Norah Jones? Homegirl has mad, classically-trained skills. People can’t stop talking about her- now just from a marketing POV alone Gaga is a genius… don’t get me started on her music! loves it!

thanks. we always love hearing from the intellectual readers.

What a miracle the modern world’s video-internet music machine is! Behold a no-talent ditz, needing dozens of shock-dressed dancers, outfits like her acrylic bubble “see my snatch” pants, fake wigs, cosmetic surgeries, and video special effects to enhance her vapid songs and lack of content. Proof that a smart promoter and a good gimmick can yield up money and paparazzi. She will be a forgotten has-been in a few years– maybe keeping company with the other Hollywood empty shells hanging on out there.

Okay if you think her voice isn’t real, then look up any of her acoustic performances. She is incredibly talented, unlike most skanks out there today. She also writes music, and used to for other artists, so shut the eff up, because you never know… maybe you’re favorite song was written by her you ass whole
