Agreed… I can’t stand watching her perform. I don’t mind her songs when I hear them on the radio, but she’s probably the most awkward performer and really not that great of a singer.

I have jumped on the beet band wagon….I love Taylor Swift!!! She just seems so sweet and genuine. I didn’t think her performance was bad. She is 19 for heaven sake and she isn’t an opera singer she’s a pop star. There were alot of people who didn’t sound great last night. Just sayin…..
I adore Taylor Swift and think that she is the sweetest thing, but her performance was in fact horrendous. I”m not sure what being 19 has to do with anything. LeAnn Rimes could out sing her at 14. And ya, she’s not an opera singer…..um, okay??? Being a “pop singer” doesn’t mean you suck. Christina Aguilera anyone? I think that if you are able to get a RECORD DEAL then gosh darn it prove that you can SING! Haha, is that too much to ask now days?

Ok, I like Taylor Swift, but entertainer of the year? I don’t really think any artist can earn that, there’s so many ppl out there, I hate all this segregation, we should all just enjoy everybody and stop putting them up on pedestals, esp. when there are other artists equally as good. That’s all I’m saying, pls don’t hate. (‘cuz I’m seriously not hatin myself) =)

I agree with ya! I’ve picked up on this slight Southern accent from her in a couple of interviews and I’m like “Uhh I dont think you can get that up in Pennsylvania!” I’m not hating, I just feel like the sweet, innocent persona of hers is too much, and girls peaked too fast. There’s gonna be a backlash soon and it can only go down from here Im guessing.
Taylor looks beautiful. She’s also a very nice and down-to-earth girl. Not that I have spoken to her before, but it shows very often.
At least Taylor is honest and doesn’t lip sync, unlike most of the singers nowadays. You should hear her sing ‘White Horse’ and ‘You’re Not Sorry’ live, it’s even better than the recording. ‘You Belong With Me’ is actually a pretty difficult song to sing for her. But she’s talented! She can write her own songs which have outstanding lyrics. I laugh at you all who call her talentless.
