Have any of you seen those commercials for Latisse? It’s this prescription cream that you put on your eyelashes and it promises to grow your lashes. Brooke Shields is their spokesperson and I want to grab her by the shoulders and ask if she’s ever heard of mascara.
Funny or Die sent over this video starring Molly Sims, Andrea Savage and Rachel Harris that spoofs the ads. The language is NSFW and it’s actually a little gross, so if you’re eating lunch or have especially dainty sensibilities, don’t watch!

Actually I use this product and it is amazing. My lashes are so much longer and thicker. It is a really cool product!
have you had any of the side effects that they mention?
I think Brooke is a beautiful person, however, I never thought she was a talented actress. Even the commercials for this product challenge her abilities as an actress.

I can’t watch the video right now because my kiddos are in earshot but I havta say I’d love to use Latisse. But I don’t really have the extra cash to spend on lashes right now. And yes, I do use mascara but my lashes (all 3 of them) don’t look much better even w/ it. And I have tried every kind of mascara. I bet I have 15 tubes in my makeup bag right now!
We women are so obsessed with hair! Too much here, not enough there, it’s the wrong color, I want it curly, I want it straight. But this product fills a need I had no idea we had. Oh boy! Another cosmetic failure and another part of our bodies to focus an obsession!
