It does look like that, but actually I think there’s someone standing behind her whose leg is showing up between her legs (you can see his black shoes behind her).

If you looked a bit closer at the photo you would notice that the photographer clearly had a shaky hand. The leg is wiggled over and makes it look bigger, when in fact she is the same size in both photos.-

No, Harriet Meadow is right–there’s another leg between her legs and the way the sunlight/flash is hitting it makes it hard to tell that’s not all her leg. The person behind her is wearing black shoes and white socks. Weird, weird photo!
