Farrah Fawcett’s Will: Ryan O’Neal Gets Nothing

It has been revealed that Farrah Fawcett left the bulk of her estate, six million dollars, to her drug-addicted son Redmond.  The money is in a trust that will be doled out to him, hopefully to assist him in living a comfortable life without helping to support his habit.  Personally, I think any kind of allowance for a heroin addict who hasn’t accomplished a significant period of sobriety is a bad idea.

And though Fawcett was with Ryan O’Neal for almost 30 years, she didn’t make mention of or provisions for him.  No wonder he was trying to chase her from her death bed to the altar.  He was probably trying to secure a place in the will!

  • Glad to hear that Ryan didn’t get anything. He’s been a phony, media whore for years. How fitting that her estate was worth six million dollars as she was married to Lee Majors who played the uber-sexy “Six Million Dollar Man” in the 1970s. I wish they had stayed together. They were a fab couple.

  • Unless Ryan snorted it all away, I’m guessing his estate is probably bigger anyway. Maybe she felt he didn’t need the money…

  • Isn’t Redmond Ryan’s son? Seems like her leaving money to him helps Ryan (doesn’t have to fund his perpetual rehab), as well as gives Redmond a kick in the butt to clean his act up (once the money’s gone, you’re screwed). So I wouldn’t read too much into it re: her feelings toward Ryan…looks like she did him a huge favor.

  • Are you kidding?
6 million is an overdose waiting to happen.
He shouldn’t get a dime unless he is clean for a year,
with monthly payments only if he remains clean.
IF HE DOESN’T, THE DOUGH SHOULD GO TO A CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION.
(Sorry, my caps key stuck, and I’m too lazy to retype!)

  • What a horrible thing to say . I don’t think Ryan would have cared . He finally got her to accept her to marry after 30 years of pursuing . Do you know what it feels like to get the woman you love for 30 years to marry you after so many years of rejection ?

Hopefully Redmond doesn’t throw that in the poop .

  • All the negative about Ryan, I’m sure they truly loved each other. It was great to see Ryan guide her until the end of her sweet journey on earth. As a mother , I would leave my entire estate to my son because a man (such as Ryan) will probably get lonesome and move on.
He is/was a wonderful actor; I wish we could see Ryan and all his talented kids act more frequently. I was fortunate to catch his appearance on “Desperate Housewives” as Tom Scavo’s Father. Ryan is STILL A BRILLIANT Actor and huge Talent; his emotional range in characters is vast and multidemensional. He’s a natural exceptional Thesbian; probably one of the best or most superior Actors of our time. Unfortunatley, Hollywood did not use him enough. I sure hope he can get back on the big screen and show his incredible acting talents along with his talented daughter Tatum. Hey, maybe Redmond has the genes to act. May God bring peace to their family and bring them all together as a loving forgiving family Unit. You Rock Ryan; God Bless you for being Farrah’s Angel till the end!! I don’t want to hear any more negative crap; Farrah and you were soulmates; beautiful ones at that!!

  • Wow, so sad to see Farrah have to depart abruptly. I fell in love with that genuine kindness she emited. It was apparent when watching her on screen escpecially “Chasing Farrah” what an angelic kind gentle person she was. Very Atypical of hollywood females. The loss of Farrah leaves a VOID in all of us from the 70s and 80s who adored and loved her in so many ways. At least we know she is in heaven because she was such a kind pure sweet person who displayed a Beautiful Christian spirit. Now we must Pray to God for Redmond’s future and that he have a good life. Move back to a normal place such as Corpus Christi Texas “Red” .. Get out of the fast lane of “hollywood”. God bless all of the Oneal children; may God bring them all together to uplift each other and care for each other. Tatum , Patrick, Griffin and Red; you are all that you have; love & embrace each other as precious gems. It is apparent that you are all wonderful loving children; stick together; help each other. A family that prays together stays together. God Bless you all!!
