This really isn’t celebrity gossip but it’s a song sung by Kate Micucci who is one of favorites!  You may have seen her on Four Kings as a barista or on Scrubs as a ukelele-playing singer which is basically Kate playing herself.  She’s awesome and I love her.  She is one half of the comedy music duo Garfunkel and Oates alongside actress Riki Lindhome.

Anyway, if you are exasperated as I am by mombies, you’ll enjoy this-and since I’m a breeder, that’s saying something.

Thanks, Catherine!

The song “Silly Boy” was released on the internet this week with vocals by Lady Gaga and Rihanna.  It gathered a lot of steam when Kanye West linked the track to his blog.

This new tune would be great and an awesome step forward for Rihanna especially, except for one tiny fly in the ointment:  It’s a fake.  Rihanna’s rep confirms to Us  that Riri didn’t record this song.

I can’t wait for Kanye’s ALL CAPS EXPLANATION OF WHAT EXACTLY IS GOING ON!

I know that Eminem says he’s sober, but I dunno.

Last month he got things stirred up when he released his new single-an ode to Mariah Carey, whom he briefly dated in 2003- “Bagpipes from Baghdad” which had lyrics that went something like, “Nick Cannon better back the f*** up. I’m not playing, I want her back, you punk. Nick Cannon, you pr**k, I wish you luck with that f***in’ whore.”   You can imagine how much Mr. Mariah Carey liked that.  He’s vowed that there will be “repercussions.”  I think that’s code for, “I’m sending her back to you, Em.”

Eminem must not feel too threatened by Nick Cannon since he isn’t done yet.  While taking calls on his Shade 45 satellite radio station, Em said, “We’re taking callers right now (from) any woman who wants to be peed on.”   When asked what he would say if Mariah called in, he replied, “I already did that.”

So, Mariah, does returning Marshall Mathers’ call six years ago get filed under Biggest Mistake of Your Life, or what?

Remember how Rob Lowe was being sued by one of the nannies he employed?  There was all this groping and sexual harassment and, like Beet, I never could really see what the problem was.  It’s Rob Lowe for God’s sake!  Harass me!  I’d find the black leather loafer with no socks combination far more offensive than a snap of a bra strap by my totally hot boss.

The Lowe’s nanny Jessica Gibson left their employ after seven years and promptly retained attorney Gloria Allred.  After more than a year of legal wrangling, both sides have filed to have their lawsuits dismissed.  Though no mention of money has been made, requesting a mutual dismissal of lawsuits means that someone wrote a big check.

This clears the way for Rob and his wife Sheryl to deal with their other (next?) pending nanny lawsuit.  Ex-employee Laura Boyce, also represented by Allred, claims that the Lowe’s walked around naked and talked about sex in front of her.  Again, What’s.  The.  Problem?

Comedian Wanda Sykes and her wife Alex are now the proud parents of bookend babies-twins!  The completely average-named Oliva Lou and Lucas Claude, birthed by Sykes’ wife, made their entrance on April 27.

I don’t know who Wanda Sykes thinks she is not giving these kids names that make them sound like prescription drugs.  She seemed like such a trendsetter with the twin thing, and the My Two Moms deal but “Oliva and Lucas?”  So.  Not.  Hollywood.  She may just as well have called them John and Jennifer.  Yawn.

The good news:  they’re still young.  Let’s get those names changed tout de suite so Paxil and Propecia can get a proper start in this life.

If you’d been previously uncertain as to the definition of the word ennui, here it is: Lindsay and Ali Lohan observing an animal rights parade from the balcony of their hotel room in Paris. It is just so tiresome to be rich and famous and stuck in a five-star hotel in Paris with nothing to do but watch a bunch of people scream in French about some silly chickens. Le sigh.
