Or maybe it’s an irradiated peacock. I’m not sure. Its brilliance is so blinding I have to avert my eyes.

Perry’s Pontifical Pelvis Peacock appeared on the red carpet Saturday night at the 2009 Japan MTV Video Music Awards.

    I think this dress is by Manish Arora, the same guy who designed that carousel dress (which I LOVED btw) that Katy wore earlier (I forget when)

    I think the dress is actually rather pretty. Although I personally would have made the dress white and the bird black. Would have made the dress less.. well.. blinding..
