At least while Joaquin was acting out his angsty teenage and adolescent years, battling child abuse and drug problems and peeling his much more famous older brother off of the sidewalk of the Viper Room, he was able to gain some insight and experience into the rougher edges of life.
What has Gwynyth done besides attend her private New York City schools and party with the 1990’s upper crust like JFK Junior and her supermodel friends? Gwynyth has always been squeaky-clean (and so what; you don’t need to be a trainwreck to be talented, this is true), and has always lived a very priveliged life, so where she gets off judging Joaquin on whatever he’s doing, hoax or not, is beyond me.

No, I don’t really have anything in particular about Gwyn that I dislike; I just have a problem with uppity people who think they’re better than everyone else… Have you checked out her site, http://www.goop.com? The site’s a good idea… It celebrates ‘good living’, but she always comes across sounding so condescending. Would I change places with her? Sure, in a second. Haha… She’s beautiful and talented, but it’s a shame how people come down on others without probably even intending to; sometimes it’s just the way they are and that’s even worse.
Anyway, about Joaquin – when he was very young, his family was involved in an organization called Children of God (cultcultcult) where he claimed he lost his virginity around age 4, at the hands of these Children of God people. It’s a shame that there are these actual sects that still operate today, perpetuating these horrible things.
