The photogs captured this video of Vanessa Hudgens kicking some serious ass at a workout class in LA yesterday. Damn, she’s impressive with all those exercises!

Do you see the lady next to her who totally sucks compared to everything Vanessa’s doing?

That is what I look like in my exercise classes. And the instructor always has to come around and reposition me, like she’s doing with this chick. I relate to you, Un-athletic Woman Next to Vanessa Hudgens.

  • I also relate to you Un-athletic Woman Next to Vanessa Hudgens, which is why I avoid gyms. I don’t like feeling like all eyes are on me not knowing how to use the machines or doing the moves wrong :( I’d rather go on a hike.

    Also, why is Vanessa not wearing a sports bra? So uncomfortable!

    • She is wearing one! I know it looks like a regular bra with underwire and all but I assure you it is a sports bra. looks exactly like the bra that almost every girl on my volleyball team wears.

  • That’s prob the most un-athletic workout I’ve ever seen. That’s why everyone is fat, they consider that exercise.

      • wow, for once I don’t disagree with Heather. I’m sure Anonymous has a better body than Vanessa tho.. what’s why she’s so sure of her comment lol

    • umm have you ever even tried pilates? the intermediate/advanced classes are pretty difficult and require a lot of body control and core strength. take one beginner class and trust me your muscles will be sore for days

    • Have you ever actually done Pilates yourself? It’s a common cardio exercise, andi t’s actually a pretty intense endurance-based workout.. I only know because that was one of my daily workouts in my sophomore gym class for athletes.. Working out doesn’t necessarily mean lots of movement.

      Try holding some of those positions for about 30 seconds to a minute and let me know how that goes.

      That’s why ‘everyone’ is fat? Maybe that’s why you’re fat, if you’re fat, but I don’t know about everyone ..I’m 115lbs with a tall frame and Pilates is one of my most reliable workouts. You shouldn’t comment so close-mindedly about topics for which you know nothing about.

    • God I know!! It annoys me so much, EVERYONE is fat these days! Have you seen Allegra Versace? Talk about thunder thighs!

  • WTF??? There are places where photographers should have the courtesy to stay away from celebrities…..bathrooms, saunas, and exercise classes.

  • that is why I stick to treadmill/swimming laps.

    just have to think about moving forward….

  • I’m 5′ 8″ 125 lbs. I am a runner and rugby player. I have done pilates numerous times with my sister. it is strenuous, but not enough of an aerobic workout for me. I’d rather swim or run. It’s OK for strength, but I do bikram yoga and lift weights for strength training and flexibility. I’m not saying you can’t do pilates as a supplement to your training, but when I watch that video, I don’t think it looks difficult and I don’t consider that a complete workout.
    Also, the majority of people in the United States are clinically overweight, therefore I think it’s fair to say that “everyone” is fat. People take comments way too personally, I wasn’t calling YOU fat, I was commenting on the state of our national health. Sounds like a lots of the beet readers are in good shape, but that is NOT common. Take it easy, guys/gals! ;)
